Are they done?

These were afterthoughts but started looking good a few weeks ago. The nights got cold and things took a turn. Are they toast or worth saving?
Thanks for any input!
are they done?
well, how long have they flowered?
are the trichomes cloudy or clear still?
snip one dry it and judge it.

my best guess is if they are healthy another 30 days might be better

Sorry from the pictures I guess it's hard to see the extent of it. I mean...are they worth saving. Either some type of defiecieny/burn or just rot. It's discolouring and looks like rot in the bud sites

It's too dispursed to justify plucking affected buds

sorry mate, it really is up to you to place value on your results. If i saw mold on a flowering plant here I'd discard it, but if it was my next years supply I may treat that differently right? good luck and sorry this happened to you. I cant tell but it might not be mold at all?

Thanks. These weren't part of the main group. just extra seeds I didn't want to keep. It's easy enough to just let them go to maturity. There aren't other pants to infect anymore

I'll post better pics of the buds to see if somebody can definitively diagnose

Never throw away plants unless they are unsmokable. A quick wash with a little H2O2 in the water will take away most PM. {Not that I saw anything but a few burned leaves} Set up a couple of fans for after you wash your harvest. It is amazing on the amount of shit that comes off bud in a wash.

Pick one of the buds you think has rot and dry it. If it crumbles when you press it between you fingers, toss it. If not, smoke and see how it is.

I am actually a bit unsure what my issue is. Today it's hasn't spread and new growth is looking ok. Any help identifying this would be great! I'm actually hoping its burn. Here's some better shots...
I don't see mold, I had to deal with mold this spring. I really don't know what you've got going there. Interesting, I'll keep watching.

The last couple of threads I've seen you in (larry) you're saying exactly what I've been thinking. I washed some buds a while back with h202, and couldn't believe what came off. And how much more sparkly compared to the buds from the same plant that weren't washed. After a long, like 3-4 month cure they actually taste danker than the buds I didn't wash.

I'm leaning away from mold/rot
I thought it lined up well with the suddenly cool nights (9°C). Spores possibly responding to temps but it was very sudden, no white areas first and I just fed 2 days before. Maybe I spaced on the dosage

If it is burn they seem to be recovering. If it's mold I'm hooped because it's dispursed throughout. It's mostly affecting the leaves. Some small patches of bud with dead pistols but not a lot.

Maybe it's not even burn but a nutrient deficiency caused by a ph problem?
Who friggin knows

My Peach and Rotten Stinking Bastard plants last year were bud worm and rot whores. I had to toss 1/3 at least. I used Neem past the 3 week window, and had to do something about the taste. Washing didn't get rid of all of it, but it was barely smokable before I did it. I still turn up a sack now and again that wasn't washed. {you know as soon as you light it} Since I have more than I can smoke, I toss it. I plan on washing everything going forward.

It's leaf septoria sometimes called brown spot or black spot

Nasty shit I've been able to conatain it with serenade and green cure sprayed alternately every few days if you don't treat just keeps getting worse

Don't know of any cure

If I had a pH problem I would friggin' know, because I test my shit as does anyone halfway serious about growing good dope
Thanks for the helpful input. I feed using tea with good results. The ph almost always returns to a normal range after 2 or 3 days if it's off at all.

I'm frequently changing what goes into the mix and this last batch got fish. Out of complacency I've stopped checking the ph on teas unless I add consentrated nutes.
It's never been a problem but maybe that's my issue here.

Yes It does look like it in the pictures but I'd have to disagree having the whole plant to look at. I've dealt with leaf septoria before and this doesnt look the same.

There actually aren't any uniform/circular spots and it's not concentrated on lower branches. Apparently discoloured spots will form over time with septoria and feel elevated. These discoloured spots turned up quickly and have no bulk. Just dead leaf

Ive lost 4 nice plants to this, its some kind of leaf spot fugus. It will consume your plant in a couple weeks, and spread to nearby plants. It been very wet this year, it starts in areas where airflow/light is limited and humidity and moisture gets trapped, im getting serenade next year

We've actually had a dry summer here. Two days of rain in the last 2 months. Its also a semi windy location so airflow wouldn't be an issue at all. Also how sudden would this develop? Progression was quick in my case, no obvious mold or spots etc before.

I'll keep an eye on it but it seems to be getting better not worse. I'll report back here in a week or two

Milk will stop PM. Changes the PH on the leaf and releases an oxide when hit with UV rays.
It is a strong fungicide. Cool huh.
