Most producers and directors prefer not to distract from the subject at hand.

93% rating on Rotten Tomatoes aggregated from the reviews of dozens of professional film critics. Glad you know what makes for a great documentary, though. Again, I found every frame informative and pertinent. Sorry you had a different subjective experience.

Who said i didnt find it informative? A doc can be bad for many reason reasons, but that doesnt mean it wasnt factual.
I dunno... these days of tribal politics it seems if you criticise somthing it assumed by default you must be pro the opposite. My anti trump sentiments made me pro hillary and bernie, which was never the case. Im just anti trump, which goes with my general distatse for stupidity is all.
So for the record...my critcism here of Gore does not make me a non believer of climate change.

If it were fake news, like the one about Obama taking over the US in 2016 (this is the highest moneymaking documentary ever), I'd agree. But to make a movie about something like AGW. Actually that's kind of ballsy.
Al Gore gave me great reflexes. I could turn off the TV faster than anybody on the planet when he got puffed up for a speech. That said, your complaint just seems hollow and fake to me.
