Yes you have wasted a lot of our time.
I grow 10-12 week hybrids so your 40% argument does not apply.
And my soil is fully depleted by around week 3-4 in 3 gallon pots so I start adding nutrients each watering.
I have experimented with not feeding the last week. The last 2 weeks and only tapering feed strength down until the end.
Feeding what they need to the end always gives the best flavor, smell and potency. Also more complex cannabanoid profile.
I don't have my test pics as they are in old computers and phones because this is a beginner pot growers argument and not even a subject in horticulture.
Greenhouses in food and flower production stop feeding the last week on average to save money. They don't care about the highest quality and you can get away with that with a healthy plant.
Also you mentioned adding PK. This is a myth. The plants needs do not really change through their cycle.
I grew this plant with Ocean forest and Pure Blend Grow only to the last watering.
My yield has doubled since I followed "feeding schedules" and "flushing". And flavor and potency and smell are much better if you get it right.
Let's see your "flushed" results. You are way over your head here.

She was vegged under fluorescents for about 40 days from seed and flowered 10.5 weeks under a 600w hps.
She produced 6oz dense buds and the #3 nursery pot she is in is only 2.5 gallons of actual soil.
Trichomes are as close to 100% cloudy as I could see.
What do you got?
