Good morning, I am a first time grower and my seedlings are starting to come up from the dirt, when would you give your plants nutes?
I would wait a couple or 3 weeks, and then start with a low PPM, say in the 500-600 range and slowly build up until at around 5-6 weeks you get to 900 PPM.I am using michigan mix soil

Only feed every 3rd watering, make sure you adjust your PH to around 6-6.3 for soil
I use an aggressive feeding schedule, meaning at the beginning of my bloom (5 weeks) I'm at 1100 PPM, and at finish of my bloom I'm at 1350-1400 PPM. That is for plants that like to eat, but some plants don't need that much
It works for me, but as a rookie, play it safe and top out at 1000 PPM at week 7-8.
If you don't have a PPM/PH meter, I would advise getting one as I don't like relying on the recommended amounts listed by most nutrient products, and I like adjusting my PH.
Welcome, and good luck.
It depends on the size of the plant and the containerHow often should I be watering them right now, I have been waiting for the soil to pretty much be dry
Like week 1 vegDepends on how much nutrients the soil contain. Most potting soils supply plants with nutes for about a month.
When lower leaves start turning light green/yellow its time to start fertilizing.
I'd let it go for another 2 weeks or so but I'm also a new grower. I wouldn't want to stress or burn them to early.Like week 1 veg
