Read between the lines, my point is that you came here repeating right-wing rhetorical insults and then claimed you lean left.

My first reply to you was pondering why you felt the need to defend people that self-idenitify as nazis. I wasn't calling you a nazi, but by your logic your reaction means you identify with them which is why you got defensive. So if you proved I identify with anti-fascists, did I prove you identify with fascist neo-nazi white supremacists?

It looks like you deleted that first post, I've been following the thread from the beginning and haven't seen any real argument made by you. You launched insults right away, so did others, and now you are claiming a moral and/or intellectual victory? It makes no sense. It seems like you are against fascism so why not join the opposition to fascism? Do you really think it is fascist for people to resist and fight against a movement trying to spread fascist ideology? Is violence to stop a violent ideology just as bad as violence to spread a violent ideology? What does that say about us fighting the Nazis in WWII?

He oozes with right wing propaganda but I haven't called him a Nazi. Yet. I also have just skimmed Drama Queen's posts. Has he said anything against African Americans or Jews?.

A right wing gun loving lout who makes threats of violence is pretty much the stereotype of the Trump voter. But not all Trump voters are Nazis. Just a teensy fraction are Nazis. There are more KKK in that herd. Even so, I haven't called Drama Queen a Klamsman either.

But obviously a right winger in the sense of his violent authoritarian attitude. I'm guessing gun nut, also a faux libertarian like two stroke.

He might be politically moderate in economic policies. I haven't seen anything from him in that regard.

Come to think of it, has he said anything worth discussing?

Hard to tell who said what because posts are being deleted here apparently so maybe you didn't call me a nazi, but you sure didn't seem to give a fuck about others calling me that in this thread. Those were the people I was going off on, and it appeared like you were defending them.

And I'm all on your team if you're fighting actual fucked up people, so tell me, who are these people you label as fascists?
And I have to warn you I like free speech a lot so you might want to come up with something good if you want to use something someone said as a reason to go and fuck them up. I might not like a lot of what ppl say but that's the thing with free speech, you can't just pick and choose what you like to hear, that defeats the purpose.

Of course I'm not going to be polite to these people, and I can't help it when all of these other people who posted after me took it personally.

I don't fully agree with mockery as a debate tactic, but when people come off as a troll or a know-it-all it elicits negative responses. Humility goes a long way in any setting IMO. See: demeanor of Obama vs Trump.

Back to fascists. People waving Nazi flags and idolizing the Nazis, Hitler, and the KKK are fascists to me. The opposition being violent doesn't make the opposition fascist; fascism isn't solely defined by the use of violence, although it is inherently violent. Violence both works for the opposition, because of the nature of the ideology which they are using violence against, but also against it, because of the nature of the use of violence. It is quite philosophical IMO, similar to the question "if you could go back in time and kill baby Adolf Hitler, would you?"

Free Speech. Some speech is limited because it results in murder. Provoking murder is immoral and has been justifiably made criminal. Fascism provokes the murder, subjugation, and/or exhile of people based on racial/national identity. I would argue the idea that fascist groups should be labeled as terrorist groups and spreading fascist ideology should be criminalized is justifiable, desirable, and in line with the liberties and civil rights established by the United States Constitution.
