DACA never went to court and so never ruled unconstitutional. The shit that right wingers talk about is just their side. The other, more rational side don't need self confirmatory babble to justify the argument that DACA is constitutionally valid.

True that Sessions wasn't going to present a vigorous defense and so DACA wasn't going to win in court. This doesn't mean their argument is valid. It only means that votes matter, especially when they allow fascists to take charge.
