Not sure what is wrong with these plants

Hi,

I'm on week 7 from seed and my plants don't look happy. They are clearly stressed. The different information on the internet has left me more confused than when I was just guessing alone. Can anyone help?

4'x4' indoor grow space (can expand)
7 plants (1 Super Lemon Haze and the other 6 are a mix of alien OG, Purple Urkle, El Chapo
They're all in different sized containers right now which may be silly of me but it's what I had before I ordered 7 gallon smart pots. I potted one and decided it was awful for indoors (my conditions at least).
2x 300w LED, 1x 600w LED, plants are 21" away
one fan blowing air out of top, one pulling cold air in on bottom, one rotating inside for circulation. Just fans I had around the house already.
The tallest plant is 16" tall after being topping twice, the last time on 9/1.

They were looking good for a while, 6 of them (not SLH) have always looked super dark green. I have only watered once a week since the beginning, this last week on the 6th day because the soil was very dry
I am using black gold organic plus soil.
I only gave grow nutrients once at half strength and the plants really didn't seem to like it. That was week 3 or 4. Nothing since.
This past Saturday when I watered, the run off was yellow.
The temp usually sits at 79 but has hit 82 recently for the high
I checked the ph of water before and after and everything was 6.5-7.0

I am not an expert whatsoever and would really appreciate a little guidance before I kill these plants.

Thank you!

Also, is it bad to remove them from their grow space for a few minutes to water in a sink or tub, or should I leave the plants where they are?

I am not a LED guru, But I believe they need more nutes when using LED lighting. I would go with the CNS17 at about 1/4 strength and use it like that every time i watered.

all of what you have done are good and enough for your cannabis.maybe they are just in a light deficiency, you can use LED light give your cannabis blue and red light, so they can grow better

Giving them the full light off all my lamps now. I have to switch to 12/12 by friday or I'll be out of town for harvest (If I even make it that far) so I just set the timer up to do it tonight. Off 7:15pm-7:15am. Watered yesterday and here are some pictures. Left side is last Thursday 8/31 and right is the condition I found them in yesterday morning. After watering, they perked back up pretty quickly and the change overnight was pleasant.

There is one plant that has such significant "Crunchiness" happening on potential bud sites. Should I just let them keep going, or should I cut those off?

Also, if this still isn't enough light, I can order another if anyone thinks it's wise.

super dark green and cupped down thats the dredded nitrogen claw. Under watering can cause leaves to resemble a deficiency
