Yeah I'm probably exaggerating a bit but I'm glad u are aware of the lengthy process times. Some people will say "just do it anyway, start growing" but the fact is your grow will not be legal until those papers are in your hands. It all depends on the circumstances of your life if you feel like you should risk it or wait I guess. All it takes is a disgruntled neighbor to call the cops about something made up (like fireworks)to get you in trouble, for you to get caught.

if you have a script..the courts in CANNAFDA SAY YOU ARE GOOD TO GROW OR MAKE YOUR OWN MEDS plain and simple
there sint a court on cannada that would say other wise.

I appreciate your advice, but I'm a patient first, and although I'm not quite as militant as others, I believe I would have a good chance of avoiding prosecution if it comes to that. And my neighbors are, for the most part, either rec or med smokers, so I don't garner much attention with my little 3x3 grow space. One of my neighbors runs a 4x8, and another runs a 6x6. It's a pretty tight little community.

Just a quick thought. It would be interesting to hear from someone on here that received there paper back and put NO TO STARTING MATERIAL.. I have my paper but I obviously put Yes to starting materials on registration cause I didn't want any delays.. Still took 4 months to get here. Stating No on registration could maybe send your registration into another pile. No I will never buy a seed from dirty lp

Most of us likely put no starting material, they didn't question it on mine. Mine was processed ages ago (I have already sent my 1yr renewal), took 13 weeks to process originally.

Oh ok so that throws that theory out the window! So I'll be checking No for starting material on my renewal and not have to worry about being delayed further. Thanks for the reply.
