What is wrong? Yellow spots and drooping.

Hello all!

First grow here, gonna make this short and sweet.

Have experience growing hydroponic vegetables, but first weed grow. Using a 250 watt mh for veg, in week 3. Started from clone from dispensary.

Using fox farm ocean forest soil, went from solo cup to 1 gal to 3 gal(current and final home).

No nutes used until today at half strength. Had spider mites 2 weeks ago, sprayed with lights on(oops newb mistake) then burned leaves a little. Now I sprayed again yesterday but there is some weird spotting. Spotting has been here since mites, even on new growth as well as drooping a little.

Don't think I'm over watering, I wait till soil is dry to first knuckle then water till 20% run off. Been using lst and topped once.

Thanks everyone! Appreciate all you're passion and hard work on here! I'm a big fan!

that pot is way too big for that plant at that stage, if your watering with 20% run off it will take too long to dry out thus starving your roots of oxygen, you should let the roots fill the pots out before repotting to a bigger pot
you say you had mites how many times have you sprayed them ?
mights lay eggs that can take several days to hatch, your initial treatment will not have killed the eggs
also your leaves are dark green, that compost is hot

The pot size is fine. Your soil looks too hot. Don't feed until it shows a need for it. Water ONLY.

I sprayed them once, waited a week like it said on the directions, then sprayed again. So it seems my soil is hot and I have spider mites still? And so I'm a little baffled on the size of the pot and overwatering. Is it too big for the plant right now? Is it good for a final plant that is 2-3 feet tall?

So should I spray for mites in another 2 days to kill the eggs? And how do I fix the hotness of the soil? No nutes and just water I assume? I wanted to flip the switch to 12-12 in week 5 so that is in 1 more week but I don't know when to add nutes with this problem.

How do I kill the spider mites then? I used a spray once waited 7 days then sprayed again. And how can I fix the over watering issue? Maybe water less at a time but more frequent until the roots catch up?
Treat the spider mites 2 days in a row...spray soil and the grow area. Check them daily, repeat if needed..get them gone by flowertime...if whatever you are using doesnt work change up your sauce,,they get immune. Give enough water to dry out by day 3. No runoff needed at this time till you get semi rootbound in that pot. You will do well just watch for and changes even the slightest

You definitely still have spider mites, there are teeth marks all over the leaf. If you see those tiny white dots all over those are bite marks. I use mite rid and it usually gets rid of them by the second spray. And you're lucky you're still in veg so you can kill them off before flower.
