Ehh, things are looking pretty good to me based on what I'm seeing. How old are they? Like, if those are more than 6 weeks old then yeah, I'd be concerned but things look quite good to me from what I'm seeing.
Think of growing cannabis like you would with cooking. Consider adding salt to a dish you're cooking. You can add it in small amounts until it's just right, or you can add too much and have to start over. Underfeeding your plant is WAY not a big deal when compared to overfeeding it. Only thing you have to do to an underfed plant is give it a little more food and no big deal. An overfed plant though? That'll cause you all sorts of issues.
That being said, they look pretty darn good. If I had to guess, I'd say those are about 3, maybe 4 weeks old at the latest? Even if those plants are 8 weeks old, worst case scenario for you is that they aren't growing to their full potential which is infinitely better than them being stressed. It is much better to have an underfed plant than an overfed and stressed plant. The former can be remedied quite easily, where as the latter can cause all sorts of issues.
However, all that being said, I'd personally lay off the nutrients for another week or two. While your girls look just fine and appear quite healthy, it doesn't appear that they are quite old enough to be receiving any extra nutes. The nutes in your medium should carry them for a while, I don't like to add nutrients to the medium until I'm seeing the 6th or even 7th set of nodes on the plant. Up until the 6th/7th node you can easily get away with a light mix of perlite, coco/peat, and EWC.
Remember, less is more. You can always add more but you can't take any away.
best of luck my man.
