So I had seen these bulbs on HTG's website and was always curious about them, so when I was in there earlier today to get some nutes and stuff I decided to pick one up (4' 54w) to throw in a single bulb fixture as a supplement during flower. Right now I'm running a mix of 75% 3000k bulbs and 25% of the agromax pure par bulbs.
I tried finding some info on these UV-a bulbs but I wasn't able to find anything meaningful like reviews or spectrum charts, and it appears agromax no longer has a website with product info? The description on HTG says these bulbs are mostly 10k with the UV-a part of the spectrum added, but I was curious if there was any UV-b in these bulbs at all? Am I just wasting power and space in my tent by running this extra bulb if there's no UV-b, or will the UV-a benefit the plants enough to warrant keeping it?

I considered grabbing one of the agromax "Pure UV" bulbs, but from what I have read, these bulbs need to be around 24-36" away from the plants to prevent cooking them. To get that kind of distance I would have to place the "pure uv" bulb higher than my main t5 fixture, which would mostly obstruct the uv bulb.
