Having some issues I cannot figure out

Ok so I've exhausted all of my effort into trying to figure this out. I've done everything that I could read to diagnose and fix these plants.. Anyway I have around 10 plants in soil that I have had off and on issues with throughout the whole process and am getting upset about not coming up with an answer so maybe you guys could please help.

-All are autoflower pics show the strain
-12 bulb 4 foot t5 for veg and 600w hps for flowering plants(digilux).
-3 gal fabric pots
- happy frog soil 25% perlite
-great ventilation 3 6" fans running one at the bottom two near the canopy.
-ph ranges between 6.2 and 6.8 when watering.
-using nectar for the gods nute line and am going by there instructions.

Now 2 different plants have 2 different symptoms.
First- yellowing lower fan leaves and purple stems and starting to progress upward. Now my research tells me nitrogen def and I have tried to address by upping my nitrogen when feeding with no change. So 48 hours ago I did a flush on it with 3 gallons of ph 6.5 water and then a very light feeding of my nute line. It hasn't been enough time to see if its helped.

Second - brown spots leaves turning crispy. Same deal as other plant flushed 48 hours ago problem seems to be progressing.

Your plants look over watered from the flush.... Older, lower leaves will fall off on they're own, if they're not needed or being used anymore.... Looks like they probably just went through a growth spurt.... Maybe once they're over being pissed about being flushed you should start adding cal-mag. Good luck.

These issues aren't from the flush tho this has been an on going problem with all 12 of my girls.
The flush was performed because I basically narrowed it down to being a lockout because nothing made anything any better.
Cal mag has been used through out this plants life.
So even these giant fan leaves that receive good lighting will do this?
Also what's your thoughts on the brown spotting?

No not sure if this is a no no or not but I use general organics calmag that I got a few weeks into the grow.

Are you getting runoff when you water?

Its funny you ask this because I feel like I was getting a good amount of runoff when the plants were smaller but now that they are bigger hardly any. Should I water until I see a decent amount of run off?

As long as you are consistent the roots will figure out the best way to deal with the environment you created.

You can also get what's called an "umbrella effect", where say about 2/3 up in your pot, your roots are so thick water doesn't have a chance to penetrate to the bottom of the grow bag well. Most of your runoff comes out the side. You can make sure your getting all your soil evenly saturated by taking half the amount you're going to give a plant and pouring it in then wait 15 minutes and pouring the other half in. Once you get your watering technique down you'll see the difference in your plants.

If a plant needs calmag I suspect any will do, organic would be my first choice.
if I add calmag to my simple mix my plants suffer greatly for thought, like an overdose even at 1/2

in a 3 gallon pot you likely have 2 gallons of dirt
put that into a 3 gallon pot dry and feel the weight.
now add exactly 1/4th that container volume in water.
dont change this amount, dont water until the pot is light again
you'll never need to worry about run off, waste, flushing, dry roots, etc.

You say pH ranges 6.2-6.8 when watering..... I assume that's your fert. Have you checked the pH of the runoff? Doesn't sound like it if you aren't watering enough to have runoff...

Happy frog is mostly peat which drives the pH down, and it doesn't sound like you mixed in any dolomite lime if you are using calmag... Dolomite lime is a good pH buffer. Looks like you might have low pH lockout.

happy frog already has nutrients in it, even if you cut with perlite of 25%. If you dump in more fert, there's no telling what might happen. You're just guessing at what to do with the flushing, which probably wasn't good. Putting small plants in happy frog may not have been good as it's more for a mature plant. Foxfarm makes Light Warrior Soil which is designed for small plants. You have to do your reading. To save these plants, I would try letting the soil dry out and just give water and see what happens. You can give more fert later if that's what you want to do.

If your using NFTG use demeters destiny for mag, the design is through transpiration, the calcium uptake byproduct is mag. Think I explained that right...

I used the NFTG #4 soil, not as hot as ff, and is always close to correct ph slurry.
