first time growing them but heard nothing but good things, apart from the issues germing which i put down to my newbie self more then anything. they are going great so far and yeah they are pretty highly rated as one of the best for autos. i'd say fastbuds/mephiso/dinafem/dutch passion are top of my list for best auto breeders.
I'm considering doing a run of autos around March/April,after my outdoor ones come out filling the holes with 2/3 in each 30 gallon bag, would 10 gallons of soil per plant be to little ?

Nothing stopping us from having a bit of fun chucking some pollen around and making some seeds for ourselves and friends
I'm hoping the pollen has taken on my mystery granny. Get some S1's outta her.

Benefit of that will be that I'll have an idea of what the growth and requirements are if I run them again.

Might have even have gotten a pineapple chunk with a tiny bit too.

Depends how long they run for. You need at least a couple liters per month. I wouldn't go with any less than 5L

Honestly if your good at coco I'd stick with coco do drain to waste. Seems the way to go for big monster autos. Can grow them in small pots also like 3-5 gallon.

These will be outdoors though,i think that's where the advantage of autos is,you could do an early season auto run full season photo run then squeeze a late season auto run in aswell.

You need to be doing them at the peak of summer for most daylight hours..ive tried at the end of season and the start outdoors and it didn't cut it for me...BUT I ain't a auto ganja god so you may do better

Fuck maybe the bag of seeds I have from the 90s that is labelled A+ outdoor is Thai ? Fuck now that would be a score all I know is for me to write A+ outdoor on a bag when I was in my 20s it musta been a really nice smoke
That was the problem with Thai seeds they would almost always have been a result of Hermie pollen. Thai weed is renowned for being almost entirely intersex

You may not be a grow God but I'm not either and if I didn't cut it for u it probably won't cut it for me either,I'll have to keep looking into it was almost ready to order 70 seeds lol

Another thing I think may have been a bit of a downfall in the end,at least in my area was a lot of the old guys my dads age were growing stuff that had a fair amount of Thai genetics which made the weed super strong and cerebral but also very hermi prone
The Vietnam vets brought back the Thai ,Cambodian and Vietnamese seeds. And that's were the baseline breeding stock seems to have come from. No feminizing seeds either back then I don't think so it was all a bit wild.
