i'm not a dolt and i gave you a serious answer, if you don't want to hear the truth, i can't make you. if you don't overfeed to begin with, theres never any need to flush your plants, as the only real reason to ever do it is to remove built up salts in your pots, which shouldn't be there to begin with, if you aren't overfeeding.
you aren't "smoking nutrients", the nutrients are broken down into ions that the roots absorb, and they're then distributed around the plant, some, immobile nutrients like boron, copper, sulfur and calcium, are used in the actual structure of the plant as its growing, and of course, you can't remove them, it would be like trying to wash the studs out of your house.
mobile nutrients can move around the plant, but cannot be washed out of it. plants use Xylem to transport water and water soluble nutrients from the roots up into the rest of the plant, and Phloem to carry sugars, proteins, hormones, and other things produced by the leaves back into the body of the plant. There is no mechanism in plants to carry "nutrients" from the body of the plant back into the roots. and no "nutrients" in the body of the plant to be removed, there are only cat and anions of those nutrients, and they'll never ever leave that plant.
if you have been over feeding, and need to leech your pots, i'd recommend 4 to 5 times the volume of the pot, poured in slowly and allowed to drain well and dry out before watering again normally. then i'd recommend you quit over feeding.
