Wow. I'm just seeing I totally ripped you off after actually reading through. My bad chaos hunter.
Some are stretchy some are not. It's Gogi og so it's a sativa dominant plant. I have noticed The stems seem more weak than usual especially at the top. I use calmag and spray and grow foilar spray for my trace elements as well as nitrozyme.I'm going to go with potassium deficiency and possibly trace elements deficiency.
Do they seem stretchy?
Are the stems and stalk weak?
I was thinking iron deficiency as well. My only thing is I don't see how I can have an iron deficient if I'm using calmag which has iron in it every watering and I foilar spray once a week with micronutrients that have iron. I always ph to 5.8 which is right where iron is best absorbed by the plant.
IMO its salt build up and throwing your PH off. Do you alternate feed feed, feed, then water (1/4 Strength). The leaves look pretty health shade of green, don’t make sense to keep pumping them with strong nutes if there not eating in the first place.I was thinking iron deficiency as well. I do have small dark brown spots on my plants also on lower leaves which makes me think possibly manganese deficiency since manganese isn't absorbed that well at 5.8 it like 5.5-5.6 more so. What do you think?
Yep it was calibrated. I had checked it to make sure and it was on but I just recalibrated it anyways. I've had some yellowing when I first started coco but learned I needed a little more calmag. I've never even lost a plant before until this run. All nutes and pens are new as well as pots. All I've done is added in spray n grow (once ever 2weeks) and azos (which I've only used 2 times in 2 month veg). I almost religiously ph to 5.8 I'll check one gallon out of the 5 so some may be a .1 up or .1 down ph but never had anything this bad. I think it's a lockout or a bad deficiencyIs your pH pen calibrated?? Had that happen B4. Was off a full point and a half.
Honestly I'm not the best when it comes to watering until runoff. I vegged this run about 2 months and only watered until runoff about 3 times. I only feed every 4 days or so. I noticed more growth when I did it every 2-3 days but still never until runoff. My roots look amazing every transplant very white and strong with a lot of root hairs.IMO its salt build up and throwing your PH off. Do you alternate feed feed, feed, then water (1/4 Strength). Try to get good runoff for the next few times, when I get yellow tops or slow growth I usually do that and they turn around in a weeks time.
Try to use some humic acid as well. I use fulpower
Try to aim for a good water to run off at least once a week. Really helps especially in cocoHonestly I'm not the best when it comes to watering until runoff. I haven't measured runoff ph, but I just gave each plant 5gal plant a gallon of water. They were transplant a week ago and some of the pots had runoff some didn't. I did RO water, 5ml calmag, 2ml canna a/b. 546 ppm 5.6 ph
I will definitely make sure I do that from now on. Do You thinking I'm dealing with a salt buildup white is causing a lockout then? Some others mentioned varying my ph some. I watered a gallon each one with 5.6 ph should I bump the next one up to 6.0 ?Try to aim for a good water to run off at least once a week. Really helps especially in coco
Honestly I use the GH ph up and down test kit, so I go by color of the solution. I’m sure it’s never exactly at 5.8 maybe between 5.9-6.2 so they may have a point. Just try it out won’t hurtI will definitely make sure I do that from now on. Do You thinking I'm dealing with a salt buildup white is causing a lockout then? Some others mentioned varying my ph some. Yes I do. Should I just catch some runoff test it and compare to the ppm I just flushed with? A higher ppm will tell me salt buildupThat's a big issue.
You need run off to prevent salt build up. Two months and so little run off has to be built up causing lock outs.
Do you have a tds meter to test how much salt is in the run off?
Yes. If its way high then you know its salt. Just catch a bit and test it.Yes I do. Should I just catch some runoff test it and compare to the ppm I just flushed with? A higher ppm will tell me salt buildup
