Turn on Bloom switch before Flower 12/12 change?

Running a LED light would it be advisable to turn on the bloom section of LEDS ( w the VEG section still on of course) to be sure the girls can adjust to the more intense light without any burn before I commence on the Flower lighting 12 /12 schedule so I don't get them nervous?

Is there an intensity shift? Or is it merely changing the color of the light? Really shouldn't matter, they are built for the switch, they will take it fine. If they arent burning from their current distance, maintain current distance and cal it good.

(Disclaimer, I do not grow with LEDs and am speaking from a general growing standpoint, not LED specifically, feel free to wait on a second opinion)

Throw the switch. The red your adding won't be an issue. Pull the light up 6 or 8" and let them get adjusted. Couple inches down every day or so until your back in position.

I like this advice the best. The extra light will be good.

Look into staying on your Grow Nutes until stretch is done. Don't know your set up is but the extra N helps. Mine take around 2 weeks. God Luck.
