It's not really a problem, just more of a personal preference from experience, generally if I make the flip while they're stressed I tend to not have as nice looking canopy as l I would have if I waited. Your plants will be fine, going to bloom won't kill them or anything. Good luck with the grow, just a personal bit of advice on the side-keep a journal with feed rates (ppm/ec & approx volume) and make notes of burn and deficiencies, especially if you plan on taking cuttings and growing from clone. Sometimes it's hard to remember exactly what you did for specific problems, especially while medicated.
