It's easy to remove geodata from images, or not record it in the first place. Guess you never heard of that, like you never heard of VPNs. All you can tell from that photo of bagged weed is that it was a Samsung camera, taken in 2011, stuff like that. No GPS stuff.

You can get apps that remove all metadata from photos. Hope this helps

GPS data is only stamped if you allow it to stamp, yet another basic security setting which should be turned off if posting pics.

EXIF data only exists if you don't set your phone/camera to not include it (who doesn't disable it ?), even then you can strip all exif data from 1000's of photos in a matter of seconds using a variety of free and simple to use programs, or post on sites such as imgur first as they strip the data for you. This data is more likely to be used by a ripper to find an outdoor crop than a cop, cops target dealers not medical patients.
