Rare Dankness Scott's OG is the strongest I've had. Got sold some fake OG GTH#1 from The Seed Depot at the same time back in q3 '12. This thread makes me say DAMN I wish I would have got the real ones because I love paranoia and sweat inducing sativas. The Scott's OG were def the real deal though. Stoney as all get out but not really racey.

I dont know why are u so obsessed with % of thc..It's like saying best whiskey is 100% alcohol.. I think there is much more than straith thc content for weed to be potent..
This is the GB x gth1 started late winter in greenhouse out bush. Its 2 weeks into flower with about 6 or 7 weeks to go its about 3 foot tall might reach 4 foot. So it works out 12/12 from seed to get to 4 foot tall. Looks pure sativa. Buds are only 2 weeks old but stinks a lot .

I don't quite remember as this was over 5 years ago and I generally don't keep logs for security reasons. It was a decent yielder though, not the best but not the worst. Blue Widow was a worse yielder for me as it was a slow vegger with practically no side branching. Scott's OG was a more aggressive vegger with side branching but I didn't notice any vineyness in the branches like they say the original OG cut has. I didn't notice any variegated leaves either. I do remember it had a fairly long internodal space like a sativa, but good nug density like an indica. Lots of trichs and a nice metallic champagne aftertaste. Blue Widow tasted better but wasn't anywhere near as strong.

Forget about ultimate THC levels. NOt saying they don't have an influence on the high, but there's way more to it than ultimate THC %.
Also, the tests are not standardized, and 1 labs test will say 32%, while another may say 17%.
Theres a Huge Variety of Terpenes, not counting CBD, THCV, and many other compounds.
The strain that won the Emerald Cup this year beat out the Highest THC Tested Plant at the contest. Which was 32%.
The weed that won was 20%, and was loaded with Terpenes....
Also note. The High THC weed was all but "Devoid" of Terpenes, and it was agreed that the 20% weed was seemingly stronger vs the 32%. If they would have bet which tested highest, it would have been the 20%.

Anyone that wants the Original Mr Greengenes ( RIP ) 1979 IBL Cherry Bomb Genetics, "Only" Verdant Green, and Swami have the Original Genes. Some may have some Crosses, but before Mr Greengenes died, he gave Swami, and Verdant Green his original genetics.

I have repopulated the Cherry Bomb twice. Trying to make the same kind of selections the late Mr Greengenes noted, and at the same time maintain diversity in its various expressions from this IBL. Another future breeding will follow Mr Greengenes based selections for continuance of the line. There were intersex issues in the TO and BO x CB,but more suppressed in the pure IBL. Breeders these days recognize Maui’s as ones to carry this trait.
Mr. Greengenes often stated that he selected most for potency and a metallic cherry taste. Some expressions have a very sweet cherry like fragrance. The smoke is mellow and quite intoxicating, but not overpowering. I can recognize both Mexican and Afghani parents, but it tends to lean towards the Mexican side for sure. Mr G thought there may be Thai in the lineage, but having the BOEL come out and say exactly what the lineage is pretty much clears all speculation on origin. There may have been Thai introduced in the lineage later after BOEL breedings on the Islands, but these do indeed act more like Mexicans compared to these ripping Thai’s we have.
The ton of Oaxacan went to Hawaii. On a beach in Manzanillo, Eddie Padilla held up a spear and said it looked like a lightening bolt due to the frosty flowers glistening in the sun. They called the weed and the boat “Lightning Bolt.”

I'm in Cali and have a awesome connect on OGK clones .....run them every single grow .....it's my go to for potency ....but let's all not forget the grower has a lot to do with the end product as well ....shitty growing technique and handling will ruin even the best genetics....that goes both ways though .....I've taken seeds from flowers that weren't that great but looked like they could have potential ....and ended up with a far different result just by growing it correctly and harvesting at the right time.....and real deal SSH is one of the most paranoia energetic flowers I've ever grown ......people either love it or hate it .....but awesome for giving cancer patients energy.

Yep. And the Real Deal SSH came from the original Nevils 88 LTD Release NL5/Hz. Would love to have the original SSH cut, but Sensi lost it long ago, unless someone else has preserved it. But Sensi lost it in the early 2000s. Same for their NL#5. which was also really good stuff.
