Hmmm... o_O Interesting choice. What in particular would you like to do to it, besides pooch it and have it make you sandwich (from another State) after?
Totally random :hump: choice.
You know something the Feds would never use against cannabis or say for the ACA!

Chicken on whole wheat sounds good.

"i am concerned about legalizing cannabis and i voted for trump"

dumbfuck nazi cancer
It's perversely ironic that the governments strongest argument in the Supreme Court ACA case was that it had the authority to impose shared responsibility payments based on the Commerce Clause!

The same Commerce Clause that's used to criminalize homegrown.

Ya, you're very concerned.

 Well, that is a potential issue...
Why would they use that clause, though? That is, if the States' rights include the ability for self-determined commercial legalization and distribution, then where is the Federal line drawn at? At what point does it cease to be a Provincial/State right and turn to Federal jurisdiction?

Where is the chicken and wheat from, though?

Maybe we'll stop trying to police the world someday and mind our own business.
That would be nice for a change.
It seems the way Trump is going though in the ME, it is Zionist Israel 1st, along with those despots in Saudi Arabia, and the middle/lower economic American citizens in this country (especially if your Puerto Rican) can just go fuck off.

The supremacy clause is cited to nullify states rights regarding their adoption of ballot propositions that legalize or decriminalize cannabis. They'll decide! The Commerce Clause is used to regulate a prohibited substance.

The line is drawn and redrawn as needed by them!

I've questioned our involvement in other nations wondering what our true intents are. The Tonkin gulf resolution, VietNam. That had as its face stopping communist advances and was largely accepted until it wasn't. I think that was the last time the US was in a war that many Americans thought had merit, stop communism.

Our involvements since, have taken lives and embittered nations/races/religions against the US. Why in the fuk are we in the places we're in? Niger comes to mind. Promoting our ideology at the expense of life? There's gotta be more. I think strategic mineral wealth or hydrocarbons. However it's shaken out my thoughts are that our involvements end game is economic. Sure it may well be power and control, but of what?

you could have gone with the candidate endorsed by the guy who told his AG to back off legal states.

instead, you picked the sexual assault candidate who, in his very first signing statement, reserved the right to go after states and picked an AG who said that "good people don't smoke cannabis".

your pleas are hollow you retarded nazi.

Again with feigning moral high ground?

Some of your own positions are hypocritical as I've posted. Some of mine are too and I'll admit it.

Loyalty is a very good thing imo. You are loyal to the Democrats.

I don't claim to be loyal to any party. I'll vote em as I see em.

No two men, Gorsuch/Sessions are going to unravel the will of the people. States will keep legalizing and juries will keep nullifying and eventually the dinosaurs that are the Feds will acquiesce. I believe this will occur do to the states long before a POTUS or Congress will ever do.
