Over the top comedy to me is usually hilarious. Bill Burr's destruction of Philadelphia and Joe Rogan's annihilation of a heckler come to mind, but I didn't sense a touch of comedic effect in Buck's post. He didn't say that the garner laughs.

It's borderline dry comedy without context. It's more funny in context when you know the two characters.
