I have been told durring flower you wanna keep your soil more wet then durring veg, is that true? Obviously I let my soil dry out alittle. My plants are 35 days into flower and they are getting about 1.25 gal of water every 3-4 days. They are in 10 gallon potsfor best results they will need controlled temps, humidity, air flow/exchange, organic fertilizers and less watering frequency.
they look good right now.
keeping your soil wet will support root rot, dead beneficial organisms, stunted sub soil fungal activity, substandard breakdown of organic compounds.I have been told durring flower you wanna keep your soil more wet then durring veg, is that true? I have my plants in their own 10 gallon pot and I have been giving them a full gallon of water, I water very slowly and wait for runoff. I also water every 4-5 days. If I fed my plants 2.5 gal I would have so much runoff water and it would take like 6-7 days for the soil to even dry out!10 gallon container watering

directions
1)feel your container when its filled the first time dry?
2)add 1/4 the container volume in water all at once. (10 gallons of soil needs 2.5 gallons of water added each time)
3)when container feels like #1, before plant wilt ,goto # 2.
from seedling to harvest
any other way and your ends suffer

Honestly I over fed right before flower so I starved them out. Fed them plain ph'd water for 2 weeks or so then for the first feeding since flower i used technaflora nutrients which was a mix of about 5 different solutions. My second feeding a week later was with fox farms tiger bloom and big bloom. I'm only feeding them calmag every 2 weeks or so because that seems to have been giving me issues previously and the reason i kept getting lockouts. I'm going to water them tommorow with plain water and some molasses. So I feed, water with molasses, water, then back to feed. They look super good. What all are you feeding her? I see, Ive used fox farm trio for my whole grow, ever since flower I've been using Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom. I use Epsom salts every once in awhile as well with grandmas molasses. I feed/water every 4-5 days but my schudule is Feed-Feed then water. What is a lockout and how do you know if you have it??Honestly I over fed right before flower so I starved them out. Nutrient lockout can be caused by ph imbalance or a multi nutrient overdose from my understanding. I could be wrong but once I cut back on the nutes and calmag my plants healed then I started feeding with half dose nutrients and the pictures are my results. This is my first grow so I'm not professional I'm just going by trial and errorI see, Ive used fox farm trio for my whole grow, ever since flower I've been using Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom. Plants seem perfect and smell so good!! I use fox farm trio and I make sure I dont use to many nutes.Nutrient lockout can be caused by ph imbalance or a multi nutrient overdose from my understanding.
