As much as we would LOVE to put a guarantee on nature, we can't. We do although guarantee 100% costumer service and if a problem does occur, it will be replaced immediately. Furthermore, A few males and a few slow auto's out of 1000's of seeds and nearly 700 orders is never a good thing but is to be expected from time to time, nature's a bitch like that.

Dear
AuroraWindsBotanical.
What you say makes good, objective sense. If you've shipped 1000s of fem and auto seeds and only a handful have been reported as males or photo, then yeah, we get it; your guarantee to replace crap seeds holds some promise.
But here's the real problem: Those of us following this thread have only seen reports of maybe 50 total seeds ordered from AWB, at most, and of those, 6 of the fems came out late in veg as male, and at least 2 of the ordered "autos", weren't. Those are the numbers that we see, and it's not just a matter of "a few males and a few slow autos." You can *say* whatever you want, but experience is what counts, and our collective experience is that while you seem to know how to use the postal service, chances are good that if we pop 4 fem seeds, we're going to be wasting weeks of time cultivating at least 1 male due to poor breeding processes -- no thanks. Your reliable shipping and reasonable pricing aren't even close to being enough to make it worthwhile, and your flippant response only intensifies the view that you don't have an idea of what you're selling.
Too bad. AWB stirred up a lot of optimism and was on the road to being the goto seed bank for a lot of us in the US, but not now. Customers are a bitch that way.
