HI I am changing my name from Los reefersaurus to Uncle reefer. So Still same guy. My most recent pull I finally got near where I used to with my hps 's for weight. Quality is still fantastic.
wiccan. It does make sense that your buds look the way they do, with all the extra blue and green light. I would recommend trying the 730 nm Emerson effect. It might help you ripen a little quicker . Your crystal looks really nice

Screaming uncle! Coool can you recommend a light. Galaxy hydro 300 seems to have the most amount of red and is fairly inexpensive. Mars hydro just put out a cree cob 100 watt in what seems to be a good spectrum For a little more money but compact and no fans like the spectrum King'

Are you looking to replace or supplement the Spectrum king?

Just so we know I am not happy with the spectrum king, but I dont know if tech has moved forward enough to justify replacing it yet. I would recommend either way to get the redest most efficient light you can get your hands on. It used to be the cree 3590 3000k 90cri's but I think there are a couple of other cobs out there that hit 660nm like a truck. I will be phoning around next week to see what is what.

But I would recommend the red lights and if you are replacing the king, look into solus teck 10k bulbs. I run 2 10k 100w bulbs on movers that are timed to go on 15 min and off 45 min all day. This bulb has all teh uv and all the blue you could ever want plus lots of infra red

Don't feel bad I spent near 20K Canadian on these SK lights. I have had a bad year, a really bad year. But hey my quality is better than ever.
About the Mars I don't know anything about it. I am a little too gun shy to recommend it or not

I really do appreciate your feedback!
I have had mars regular lights with really great results, just heat buildup issues because of the 5 watt diodes but great buds. Above Hawaiian X Mulanje from under Mars hydro 900 I think 450 actual watt draw from the wall.
