Is this a male or too early to tell?

No just really awesome at judging plant sex, ive seen irregular growths like these on female plants, the advice is to wait as it is waaaaaay too early and only impatient peeps chop at this point.

This is like a bait thread for me, i say you cant judge sex, you all post up male..... and in over 80% of the cases the plant throws a pistil, i can deal with being wrong 20% of the time.

I play the odds here, one month old, first irregular growth.... whos going to be right and whos going to have their tail between their legs.... :-)
That is absolutely a male. No question or 20% room for error. To be clear, when buying seeds that are at least 5$ apiece, I won't take anything but 100% certainty.

Bumping this because sooner or later someones right and someones wrong :-)
I'm waiting for more definitive growth, it was in my flower tent for the last week so should be soon. To me it looks like it has both parts, but we'll see how it grows from here

Yeah, those pictures do look more female. Only time will tell, at least you didn't take the advice of the ones who said it was definitely male and chop it.
This last couple of pics are as obviously female as the first were male.

Yeah most be a hermy, I pulled it from the tent, not really a big deal I didn't have space anyways, but I'm going to let it flower outside for a little while and see how it progresses before I cut it. I just don't want the hermy pollen to fly into the tent and mess up my clones

Forget about hermies for the time being, i'm assuming that this supposed male plant is starting to look female? Has it thrown a female pistil yet?

If it has its 100% female and bingo we have a winner.

Ok since i didnt get a complete answer and will have to assume this male is now female......

that brings me to the point that quite a few of you need to learn how to sex plants properly and get on the same freaking page as me, thats called experience and im doubting many have it here.....!

What do you want to know? It has multiple pistils now, but also that first set of male parts

It's female but it's hermy so I can't risk it with my other plants right?
It's on 12/12
It is not a hermie yet and they weren't pollen sacs.

Grow all hermies just pinch off the pollen sacs, as you get better they will get less and less until never a seed is found.

This is the way :-)

The way to grow seed crops that will produce a bunch of hermaphrodite seedlings.

Yeah I'd rather kill it than risk my other plants, I'll keep letting it go until I see another set of balls, I pulled the others off
I've only ever seen male and female preflowers on one plant but I know that it does happen (I've sexed hundreds of seedlings). If you're diligent enough to stay on top of daily inspections for male flowers you could try to flower it and see how it goes. The banana looking male flowers don't even produce pollan. That said, I don't know anyone who'd knowingly grow out a hermaphrodite all of the way.
