Tissue Culture Cloning: eliminate mother plants & resources they require

I am very doubtful of this actually working, in order to clone a pot plant you need a growth node, with out the growth node it is not possible to grow new plant. I have seen many strange attempts. I have seen a leaf that was successfully cloned, it developed a root system., but it never grew beyond its leaf form. It lived for months but it never did anything.

I would like to be proven wrong because this sounds interesting and I would love to refresh a strain or 2.

I will say I am very skeptical

Should i do it on more time??? For old time sake was i the ghetto child ahead of my time??? Its easy ill give it one last try give me some time im in the prosses of getting a still licence for organic distilation and moonshine fuel baby!! I sead that with a southern accent!! Ye haw.. Just kidding but seriously ill write it down and post but you need a hepa environment and serious sterilization.. If you can think in those term your golden. Also need chemicals ill go back in my mind i used over thecounter nutes watched MIT on youtube and a few videos on youtube the only thing is that ppm chemical not parts per million its like a hmmmmm it stops mold in the agar or vessel or specimen.. But its easy.. But the truth is it takes weeks

IF you can propagate a plant, not using a growth node I will be hella impressed.
I would grant you not one but 2 internet points to be used as you see fit.

I have to take the node its easier bit i jave done it with a bud it roots but you have to add hormone so that it begins to make shoots and change the agar i failed at getting it to shoot out but if you look at my old ass thread making bread its in their actually it was called breeding but i suck at spelling.

I hear ya there are not enough hours in the day.
If you could try a couple without a growth node, that would be the breakthough in my mind, if it has a node It just seems like cloning to me.

Ill give it a shot.. Lets see what happends!! For shure.. And your right about a clone the only thing is you rinse the tissue first in bleach and alcohol sound strange but its true and suposabley you get ride of mold and disease and the dna is supposed to get back to original vigor but i lost mine after you pull them out there exo membrain is to soft you gota aclamize them or slowly ajust them to the environment. I lost them lolz thats the truth my overal was poor like i sead you need sterile environment
