Everything going well. Have grown fast in 5 days! Does anyone else Ebb&Gro? I'd like to see or hear about other people's grow.

Man...I been tempted the last 3 years to buy one of these and throw it up under a couple lamps. Actually I been liking the Active Aqua Grow and Flow with the big 5 gallon pots and 3/4 tubing. But its basically the same as a Titan. I dont know. But I keep catching these cool threads and the super fast veg growth. I use a few rooms but it would fit nice under the room I only use in winter. Just veg the shit outta 12 hogs and flip em. See what happens. Reservoir would stay nice and cool this winter as well. Good thread. I like these bucket flood systems. Always have.

Think one can run 2 of these...one always in veg under some smaller lamps like cmh or t5's and another one under the big lamps and just switch the upper grow buckets out every 60 + days? Sounds so simple its silly. Couple of Blue Lab Guradians to monitor the tanks? You would have to keep some mothers around because a 2 month veg wouldnt cut it for these super fast systems. They would get too big.

Think it's the lighting. The lights make the leaves looks yellow, when lights off they super Dark Green! Lol. Using tap water at moment until I can afford a RO filteration. I think it was ph and high nutes. They seem to be doing fine, I just really have to watch my ph, it jumps up so quickly... pissing me off actually cause I hate having to put ph down in everyday.. I can ph down to 5's. Then by the next day it high 6's.
Are you arerating your reservoir with an aquarium pump.and airstone? If you are...your initial pH down (phos. acid?) is dissipating from the extra blast of 24 hr oxygen. Causing pH to creep back up. Root exudiates can cause pH shifts as well in recirculating systems. But air pumps and air stones are notorious for causing the pH rise..somtimes within hours after a reset. Some DWC & RDWC growers chase pH quite a bit. Nature of the system. Most of your commercial nutrient brands have pH buffers in them including GH Flora 3 part but its useless with air pumps/stones. Ditch them if your using them and see what happens. The system by its nature should provide plenty of aeration.

Man that is what scares me I run 5 gal soil and under 2000 de lights I'm pulling almost four everytime on two week cycles perfectly. I thought hydro u get so much more.
Its the light. Your using double ended lamps. Your gonna pull more than mogul socket (usually) equivalent wattage. Ive ran hydroponic systems in the past. They can yield more but its the simplicity and speed of veg is where they shine. Every real deal water based hydroponic set up ive ran in the past vegges WAY faster than coco coir..soil mixes..and even sometimes rockwool drip. But when it comes to bud production and if all the mediums/systems are dialed...usually the same weight or close. Its the light that always brings the bud. System...not so much.

Yea this would be the most ideal setup lol simply because its a pain in the ass to transplant hydro from any other container into a net lid once there all vegged.. That being said your veg room could be smaller just slam all the buckets closer together since there smaller plants.. Pricey but seamless

I use an airstone without ph shift or any kind of issues so i think its why i havnt changed. Never tried it without one but i agree i do believe it would be just fine without it simply because of the constant flood cycles. I use generals 3 part and its just fine .. if you have swings then your probably doing something wrong or the water has something in it.

I'm thinking it has a number of causes but the main one being water makeup. I experienced the same but never figured it out before switching to waterfalls and fountains to add DO. The biggest help in fluctuations was control of res temps for me.
