Folks gotta relax about minor fugups. Not going to turn your girl hermie if you forget and walk in with the lights on during the dark unless you do it every day. Even then you might just force it to reveg. Minor light leaks don't make hermies. Shitty genetics do tho.
A couple of crappy leaves doesn't mean you have a deficiency or lock-out. Plants just get rid of leaves they don't need so snip them off and carry on if the rest look good.
Those lime-green centers of the grow tips means your plant is booming so keep doing what you're doing unless they are getting all twisted and ugly. That means your pH is way too high and locking out micro-nutes like Fe, Zn, S etc.
If the tops are up and praying for the light then pray to your god(s) of choice for more of that. Look into their centers for the lime-green stuff because that's the bomb!
Try not to (s)mother your plants. Like kids it messes them up way worse than just feeding them well and letting them grow. Take it from a single dad that has grown both for decades. Everybody is still alive and kicking.
