When i was real new i "misjudged" that they still had ways to go and feed em... mentor stops by next day and showed me they were ready to chop. I was scared shitless and didnt fess up id just fed em, i just knew the weed would be terribly harsh from no flushing.... guess what? Everyone was impressed it was only my second round, compliments on fflavor and smoothness... that taught me this end of life starvation flush is not what its hyped up to be

If u go organic you never have to worry about flushing and with tlo. I don't pH or even check the pH for anything.

I'm not organic and in soil and I don't "flush" unless I encounter a problem and I need to leach the soil. I don't need to PH anything either. Just wondering what was funny about the post you LOL at?

Forcing pH synthetically,flushing & using bottled nutes is actually counter-productive in a true organic soil.

Whats the situation with the white pistils, any new ones, all orange, is the lower bud growth all done and orange pistils?

I guess one problem with word flush is it means different things to different ppl. I like to give mine plenty of water only watering through out. But no heavy heavy run off flushung unless i have a prob, and i dont starve em at end, sure last few days if shes dry prob do a water only but i mix in a lot of water only throughout.
A scope can be had for 10 or 20 bucks lets you see the trichs up close. Your close. May even snip one trim it and mark it and do so till final chop every few days. That way you can see for yourself at which point to chop next time depending on the type and your preference.
I know im going a few less days probably a full week next gg4 round for me, i took a few earlier than normal for me, and i plain out like the early harvest better than late...i like the more head high than heavy stoned feel... so next time im going to aim for that. Another grower may want to run longer for the heavier stoned feel... so again like the rest of this its science mixed with art..

Yea bro you have a good point but sounds like you have a soil grow how do I flush with a dwc lower nutrient count ? Or just stop nutrients all together ?

Oh yea, forgot that, idk iv not ever grown like that... dwc that is. Iv done hempie bucket w perlite vermiculte, pro mix (which i came to hate) and now coco, so someone with dwc experience gunna have to jump in. If no one does id assume just lighten the nutes but i dont agree with starving em completly by any means... but plenty do i know..

Plants look good, you can lower the feed but I just keep going as I have until there ready to come down. But lots do taper off near the end while not stopping altogether.

To find amber trichs check the old growth that was the first stuff to form when flowering started, eventually you will get flushes of amber all over your bud. You need to keep the plant in good health to reach this point and wont need a loupe to see it if thats what your aiming for. When it happens it will happen quick and this is a good point to harvest. Maybe the bud declines in health before then forcing a slightly early harvest. Really it dosent look like bad smoke if you chopped her now so give it a bit see if she changes much then choppity chop

Theres many reasons for organics! Other than "bro science" first the plants may not know but we sure do, you can taste when ppl use chemicals, it's harsh and if not properly done can taste like shit. Second in true living organics you don't check pH ever not for the soil and not for the water u feed them. I literally don't check any ppm or pH or any of that shit. And it's obvious that there is no need to flush anything bc my soil is healthy and not full of chemicals! All these statements are not from "bro science" as you like to call them but rather fact, that your just too lazy to do some research on and learn something. But don't worry keep giving your girls chemicals, and enjoy knowing the fact that you will never have reached your full potential for taste in your buds. they may get you 30% thc from chemicals but if that's why you smoke, to get retarded, why not try crack...

My number one reason for organics is never having to re buy soil. My soil gets better with every run after amendments. It's a living thing. With chemicals you hAve to trash your soil almost every cycle. Such a waste of shit.
