well what do use think of the pink gravy the side branches seemed 2 have grown abit all in all she seems healthy shes in that super soil mix so shouod hope she doesent need to be feed any veg nutes

I think its looking pretty healthy. Leaves might be getting that plump almost too much water look but it's hard to tell in the disco lighting

You'd be surprised how tough they are. I'll take a pic tomorrow of one I have outside. I bent it in half and tied it down and within 24 hours it flips its leaves around and changes the way it grows. It looks like a sideways "S" and the top is now pointing the right way up

Bend it lightly. Tie it down. Wait a few days at least. Then see if it will flex some more if need be.
Just do it a little bit at a time. I use clothes pegs to tie off onto and either that soft wire with the plastic coating or preferably florists tape. I used to super crop and still do a little but you can L.S.T harder and they respond quicker,Super cropping can be pretty brutal but it is effective
That's the way I go as well. Needs N for the stretch for sure otherwise things go yellow from the bottom real quick
