I think you should consider 1 fact. All the growers on this site who are growing the kind of weed we would all like to consume are not using Kind products. That should tell you something straight away.Wondering if anyone has used the Kind LED XL 750..if it's good to replace my 600W on digital ballast...and thats all I know about my 600 lol..appreciate Any info or helps thanks yall
How the heck did you take what I wrote as an apology? Man some of you people make me wonder what your smoking.Didnt need an apology, live and learn, thats why I said this; "I agree that cobs, qbs, or samsung or bridgelux strips are the way to go"
This was the first word in your post "Sorry". No biggie, and I am smoking some good shit. How the heck did you take what I wrote as an apology? Man some of you people make me wonder what your smoking.
Ha!How the heck did you take what I wrote as an apology?
Great! any questions and I'm sure I or others will be glad to help you out =DOk, so could I now that I have spent many hours reading about led's.
"the kind of weed we would all like to consume" refers to quality. There is no light being built on these forums or by Timber, HLG or any other vendor that grows a better 'quality' of weed than Kind LED or even Mars for that matter. Photons are photons. The "weed we would all like to consume" is grown through great genetics and grow skills, not your light.I think you should consider 1 fact. Do what GBAUTO said and explore what is being used by successful growers. You won't regret following the crowd.
Sorry but that is clearly wrong. If it were true then any old cheap shit light would grow weed as well as HLG, Samsung/Bridgelux strips. The "weed we would all like to consume" is grown through great genetics and grow skills, not your light.
If you're growing using a shitty light you're an idiot and deserve garbage buds. If you use a light specifically made for growing marijuana (like Kind LED, Fluence, HLG quantum boards etc) then you will give yourself the best chance of growing good quality weed assuming you have good genetics and know how to grow.So spectrum has nothing to do with it? Quality/efficiency of diodes? Correct ratio of blue/red diodes.

If I have great genetics but a shitty light my results won't be as good as those same genetics grown under a decent quality light that has been tested using a PAR/PPFD meter, regardless of how good a growers skills are.
And you say I'm talking junk......is grown through great genetics and grow skills, not your light.
running a single mars300. Thats how many I had to buy before i realized it was garbage.According to your journal, you're currently running Mars lights.
What I said is the truth. 90% of the quality of your weed is because of your genetics and growing skills. You can write that shit in stone if you want. And you say I'm talking junk......
I definetly have had some of those, and wont hesitate. thks.Great! any questions and I'm sure I or others will be glad to help you out =D

What I said is not wrong in any way. Anybody growing weed will use a light that is meant for growing weed. Nobody is going to go out and buy incandescent bulbs for growing weed right? The reason that our lights are the least important part of our grow (for quality) is because all growers use lights that have most of the spectrum we require to grow our plants. Its a weird situation because while you are right you are also wrong.
thats what I am saying, thats why I dont mind cheap chinese cobs if they perform as I wish. They are bright, my plants respond well, they are cheap, not much heat. Whatever works works, I am not gonna spend 500$+ on lights when i can have overkill for 350.What I said is not wrong in any way. Anybody growing weed will use a light that is meant for growing weed. This isn't about 'how much' weed a light will grow, it's about quality. Your light will not make a difference on the quality of your bud. You can and will get great bud from any of the light technologies. The limiting factors are your genetics and your growing skills. PHOTONS ARE PHOTONS.
And there are dozens of guys in this forum alone that use cheap Chinese cobs and have great success. The usual problem with cheap cobs (in pre-built lights) are that the company will use cheap drivers with them which is why so many Mars lights fail.thats what I am saying, thats why I dont mind cheap chinese cobs if they perform as I wish. It only looks like that if you ignore every other word I wrote. Geez your thick in the head. I don't consider meth to be good shit. This was the first word in your post "Sorry". No biggie, and I am smoking some good shit.
Ah I get you. I just didnt appreciate the heavy load of poop that came at me for recommending this light to a beginner. i got a 2nd one of them off amazon today and its completely different. So they are NOT consistant, but they are bright as hell and they are actually pulling about 400watts each. And there are dozens of guys in this forum alone that use cheap Chinese cobs and have great success.
