Jesus, according to that clip the Walton family has more wealth than the bottom 42% of the country....and that same 42% subsidizes Walmart employees income via food stamps and other tax payer funded safety nets.

Then they shop at Walmart.. So, Walmart doesn't pay them enough to survive, they seek aid from the government. Then, since Walmart is so cheap, because of all the government subsidies, they go back and shop at Walmart.. This is a drain of an estimated $6.2 billion/annually on the taxpayers. Walmart essentially get's to "double dip"; their employees receive taxpayer funded subsidies, so Walmart doesn't have to pay their employees a living wage. Then, those subsidies are spent at Walmart..
In an honest world, the legality of this wouldn't even be questioned, it would be obvious. In the real world, oligarchs run business and dupes buy their justifications for it.

Because those 2 races give some insight on 2018 & 2020. Democrats didn't stay home tonight in an off year election. They won't be staying home next year either.

A Democratic donor just admitted on live TV he's going to halt his contributions to the Democratic party if they keep talking negatively about millionaires and billionaires, completely exposing the rigged game that's been detailed for years at RIU from progressives.
All this talk about upholding constituents interests, yet subverting those interests is right here out in the open from one of the many horses mouth himself.. When organizations like the NRA or the fossil fuel industry buy Republican politicians, establishment Democrats go ape shit... while simultaneously admitting doing the exact same thing...

Anyone with a "D" in front of their name is likely to win in light of Trump. Democratic wins don't mean much. The real test will be when Justice Democrats primary establishment Democrats. I'm sure some will lose and some will win. It'll be interesting hearing establishment democrats excuses then.
