I changed blog option, maybe that was it. Everything else looks public.Says i dont have permission to view, might be set to private
I have possibly made a similar mistake and went with Canuck genetics for my "first" grow. I find the same thing with wind even in comparison to bag seed I've had half decent results with before could handle much more wind. I find th GDP from Canuck to be deformed from the one day I left the fan on it too long as well as another one of their C99's.Done vegging my Canuck run. Still hoping for at least enough potent med to last me till a good genetics harvest after this.
3x Canuk OG Kush - 100% Germination
3x Canuk Cookies - 100% Germination
3x King TUT - 100% Germination
1x Canuk White Widow (freebie). - 100% Germination
All 3 of the OG Kush are good, strong and good even canopy branching. 2 look similar 1 looks a little different.
2 of the Canuk Cookies look a bit similar, more indica but the 3rd one has been slow, didnt take well to a FIM and is the smallest in height. Leaves are massive and long fingered, not expecting too much from it, absolutely hates wind.
2 of the King Tuts are a bit "thin", good branching but they are having trouble standing up on their own. One looks a bit better and stronger.
The White Widow was the freebie and runt of them from germination. slow startup but by end of veg it had branched decently and came up even with the rest of the canopy.
Hoping growing skills helps get the best out of these.
I will post a pic of them for you tonight when the sun comes up. They are doing much better, certainly the OG Kush is doing great, others have some problems with deforming and such. Definitely not stabilized genes but with some TLC they are doing as good as they can be.I have possibly made a similar mistake and went with Canuck genetics for my "first" grow. I wonder if any more experienced growers have much knowledge of Canuck or are they too new
Having similar results in veg need some serious tlc to keep them happy but they are growing better than any of my previous plants from bagseed. None of by Smart pots are taking the same amount of water and nutes so clearly each individual plant and not strain has its own needs.I will post a pic of them for you tonight when the sun comes up. That Girl Scout i mentioned is also quite big now but it is vastly different than any of the other seeds or strains. massive fan leaves which hate the wind so its been either in the back away from direct wind or in the center . Also I want to mention something I havent seen before myself on this plant when I switched to 12/12. After a week it seemed to have topped the main stem on its own and pushed out 2 colas. Took a closer look where it did this and it also shot 3 fan leaves rather than the usual 2 per node, I guess this is the good kind of deformation? LOL
WW is doing good, height wise it caught up and I had to do some more LST on it but yield wont be so much.
I recently grew Canuk Cheese, Skunk 1 and Auto Purple Kush. Purple Kush grew very well with great smell after cure but the smoke is lame..very lame. Cheese and Skunk were much more potent, great taste and smell and low maintenance grow. Germ. rate about 80% with Canuk so far.I have possibly made a similar mistake and went with Canuck genetics for my "first" grow. I think that my Canuck Cookies may have the same kind of deformation. I will update this post when I get a better picture so we can compare. However I am still in veg stage
Yeah I went with good genetics for the next few rounds. Made the best of the black friday deal on seedsman. here is my list:I recently grew Canuk Cheese, Skunk 1 and Auto Purple Kush. I just started Canuk Trainwreck, Sour Kush and Green Crack side by side with Nirvana Maui and Sour Kush from dispensary. I guess I'll have a better comparison this time.
I'm newbie grower, Canuk is good to learn with but looking for great genetics next. Any suggestions on specific strains and their breeder?
Lemme save you guys some work. Ive been growing for 15ish years and have tried all sorts of different seed companies.I'm newbie grower, Canuk is good to learn with but looking for great genetics next. Any suggestions on specific strains and their breeder?
my buddy did the king tut. was marginally ok but 30% thc like they claim?! no wayDone vegging my Canuck run. Still hoping for at least enough potent med to last me till a good genetics harvest after this.
