I don't think it's droopy bc of a loss of tugor pressure. I think you have a toxic build up of N and you're experiencing what we call CLAW. You should do some reading and cut back on your feeding schedule.
Clawed plants take longer to cure, don't taste very good and are generally a result of an over zealous fertilizing schedule.
Cannabis doesn't like too much nitrogen. But I don't think you've gone too far, just cut back and you will save your crop. Good luck.

They could also be rootbound, and suffocating from lack of oxygen. What size/kind of pots are you in?

Nope...Root bound plants will present different symptoms. Oxygen starved plants also look different. What I'm seeing is localized. The rest of the leaves seem normal, don't they? If you want to be sure about it being pot bound, tip the pot over and let the entire root ball fall into your hands. It's a good learning experience not many growers will try. It's safe and a good learning experience. If it does seem too root bound after you've done this, bump it up into the next size pot.

I start out in 4" then bump up to gallons and then finally into 3 or preferably 5gal pots or grow bags, depending.

Every leaf I see on there pretty much is clawed downward man, let's see a pic of the whole plant, I don't understand how you can say it's localized based on that pic, nothing is upturned and happy there.

I really do see some leaves that look pretty normal in the one photo. The new growth is obviously clawed. I'm almost 100% certain it's an N tox problem. Its kinda common. I've seen it in my own grows and I usually separate those and kief them out as the finished buds taste harsh. CLAW is somewhat strain dependant. I've also seen it on same strain plants but with hot spots in the soil mixture.

I did indeed thought the same way, cause on some leaves are awfully deep green. I did flash them, and cut down feeding in half. I’m a bit surprised to see it happen 2nd week into flowering. So yeah definitely cut back on nuts and observing.

root bound? whats this? I've kept moms in 2.5 gallon pots for five years straight and then flowered them in their same pot with no issues. seems to be a confusion between root bound and being able to supply necessary plant needs to the container in a timely manner? I've seen cup grows too, no root bound there, just smaller yields.

Droopy leaves like that can result from too much or not enough water. Usually the latter. Before watering gently tip the pot to get and idea of how heavy the pot is. You can tell pretty easily when the pot is real light and you have to get them more H2O.

Good luck, BigSteve.
