Good move, it's not a condition of working that you have a buddy doing it with you. I work alone pretty much every day of the year and thats the way i like it

scabs - i find the ones that carry on either do fuck all or do shit work you need to fix anyway. I'm always the one thats accountable so i only get a contractor in if shit hits the fan and I need an extra set of hands

Yday and the day before were the first proper days of sun for the girls in like a week. And when I look at them this morning they're just huge!! Holy moly maybe I should have flipped them a couple of weeks ago this is going to be out of control. Need to get hubby dearest to make me a dark room so I can turn these boisterous ladies asap! And then that's where the REAL fear of the pests begin. I had no issues last year until I flower began and then all hell broke loose cos I couldn't use neem oil on them and didn't want to use chemicals and then it was all too late. All my hard work down the drain;(((. @OzCocoLoco, that's why I'm so paranoid about the bugs!

That's why good ipm is so important Ive never seen a plant that was clean when put into flower have a bug infestation,weekly sprays alternating with Neem,pyrethium and botanical oils through veg and the first 2 weeks of flower then Spinosad or B.T after that. If you wait till you see bugs or their damage your already in a bad way.

If I've learnt one thing its to spray fortnightly with something decent to keep bug free.
Well before you see anything.
Then when flowering comes around 99% of the time no spraying is warranted

i hope iv got enough coco for these seedlings i should only need a handfull or two the coco i boght should be here in a day or two so fuck ye gunna grow some weeds pluss just cheked on my plants in the tent in between hairs i can now see its starting to make actual bud i reno another month and ill be pulling it fuck yes

Just to add to the anti bug conversation. The single greatest thing I ever did to remove bugs from my garden was to dress a half inch of propagating sand over my top soil. A combination of the bugs not having direct access to the organic matter in my soil mix and the fact they hate the sand makes them play elsewhere.

My last job I had a crew of 12 guys at the first monthly team leaders meeting I went to I told the supervisors I wanted to sack a few of them to keep the rest of the guys on their toes and they wouldn’t let me so I told them I may as well resign if I couldn’t run the crew my way,they ended up letting me get rid of 2 guys both of them were useless lazy cunts never could do over time and would down tools in the middle of a job because it was smoko or lunch time even if the rest of us were still working. Next morning at the pre start talk when the boys asked where they were I let them know that’s how it is if you want to bludge around and let the other members of your crew pick up your slack you should start looking for another job.

thats the way it should be - its a crime how hard it can be to sack people sometimes but thats one thing with contractors at least - if they arent up to snuff you can piss em off quickly no ifs or buts
