Title could use some work perhaps but there is a lot planned for this journal. Understand that this is my fourth crop and first clone to flower run. Showcased herein is Greenpoint Seeds’ The Deputy #1 pheno (8 Seeds left in the pack!) grown from clone and a heads up comparison of Greenleaf Nutrients MegaCrop 1-part nutrient formula versus General Hydroponics MaxiBloom and 4 supplements (Silicon, BioEnzyme stimulator, NCalMag+ and Sea Kelp extract). MaxiBloom needs at least those 4 additives to be more comparable to MegaCrop.

Grow variables:
2’x2.5’ Gorilla Grow tent
400 watt HPS/MH AC hood
3 gallon Smart Pots
Coco Coir
Drain to waste

Grow Schedule:
11/3/17 - cuttings rooted sufficiently for transplant to plastic cups. Vegging started under 110 watt COB LED.
7 to 14 days - transplant to 1 gallon pots, veg for 2 weeks (under COB LED).
14 to 21 days - transplant to 3 gallon smart pots and veg 1 week to fill SCROG.
28 to 35 days - force flower.
95 to 109 days - harvest.

Rough outline of the schedule for this run. Time could be saved if the plants are vigorous growers and environment variables maintained. First pics of 4 clones to follow. Best pair of clones will be chosen for sinsemilla, others used for F2 seed production.

Got the flower tent cleaned out, SCROG net installed. Transplanting to 3 gallon pots in a week. Then another week of veg and flower begins.

Here's the duo at 29 days from rooting (~15 days in the cloner)

Once the canopy is more full they will be flipping to flower, likely on or just after 12/13. First day of the flip, I will be separating them by MegaCrop fed (left plant) and MaxiBloom fed (right plant) starting with a good rinsing of the medium.

Looks good ! I'm a long time Maxi user with adds. Mega for me did just as good and better in some parts. My frost and terpine smells are off the charts. I hope it carries over to the smoke.

You should make a Scrog screen with 2inch squares ! It will really help fill out and maximize your yields.

Started flower after 40 days of vegetative growth. These ladies will have filled the canopy by the end of week 1 of flower I suspect. Then it is all vertical growth from there! If I can pull half a unit out of this tent this run, I will be ecstatic. Girls looking fine and the split feeding began last week.

Left is MegaCrop, right plant is MaxiBloom regimen.

I have been running it at 3 grams for the first several weeks of veg and have increased gradually to 4 grams at the start of bloom. This cross seems to be satisfied with a lighter feed strength.
