I cut it back to 13/11 a week ago. Depending on bud development I will cut it back another hour in ~ 2 weeksLooks healthy! Did you just switch to flower?

Mephisto, they secure a strain by breeding it over the coarse of years to stabilize it and get the bad ruderalis traits out of it. Then they plant something like 300 or 600 seeds of that strain and abuse them. From that they take the top 4 and do it over again A few times before they finally sell the seeds. This is why autos have become so popular recently. They are doing things that was never done in the past. Like yoda's google search. Autos usually stay below 2' tall spindly growth. That's in the past for the most part.@Big smo , I know it is in this thread somewhere. What breeders are you finding to be the most consistent with Auto's as far as similarity in finished nugs?

I have only run a couple of autos. One of the question I have was what is the advantage over photo's? One of the big selling points was a shorter grow length. Does that offset the cost of running your lights at 18/6 the entire grow? I also noted that my yield did not compare to photo's, in saying that I haven't tried them for a couple of years. Would they be better as outdoor plants in areas where there is a shorter growing season?Mephisto, they secure a strain by breeding it over the coarse of years to stabilize it and get the bad ruderalis traits out of it. Only reason to use autos is indeed for outdoors, or if you want to have a flowering small plant somewhere that you can't control lights at.I have only run a couple of autos. Hi Hybrid, I have seen the same thing with my grows. I even toyed with running just the mono's for a couple of hours at the end of their day to see what affect that would have on them. Some may question the use of the monos in flower. After this yrs grows using Amare I have concluded that the monos cause purpling/color somiliar to that of a MH. Prob increased trich production to but I'd need a test to be conclusive. Sure looks like it though.
I was one to always switch out my HPS to MH the last few wks so I'm very happy that I can get the same appeal using these lights.
Bud density is greater then that of my HPS too.
Hey, how ya been? You should stop by my current thread if you get a chance.Hi Hybrid, I have seen the same thing with my grows. I even toyed with running just the mono's for a couple of hours at the end of their day to see what affect that would have on them.
