Where is the literature on that. There is many ways of looking at this. Many people are on Medical growing license which at mini 5 plants are given to grow per gram alotted. Dr says you have a 3 gram a day limit thats 15 plants.

(Note** The med program is suppose to remain seperate from legal)

At that people have already gone to court and have tourt law on there sides.

As to growing plants, police still have to obtain legal warrents to enter ones property. It would be hard to tell what a person is growing in a private dewelling.

People in the black market grow 100's of lights and Toronto hydro loves their best paying customers.

But back too you @Canadain Closet Gardener if you are scared goto church as they say... whoever made the rule about 4 plants has no idea that the average person would have 3 - 7 gallon pots under one light indoors... what happens too clones /or keeping mothers/.. Every industry has back up material and starting material for next cyles. If you got caught by a officer or court things could work. Remember this is n0w Legal.

Hmm, you will have a bigger harvest to enjoy. That's about it.
4 is not even worthy of a full cycle.

2 in bud
1 in veg
1 clone
Hahah what a joke.
I'll have a full room and wait for the ticket/fine if I'm ever caught.
It's going to be legal so they cannot charge you with a crime unless your selling I'll assume.
The amount of bud grown and money saved will justify paying the fine.

Take the 4 plant count and 4 1000 gallon pots and you won't need any meds for 2 years lol.
You know how long it takes to water 5 yards of soil per pot lol.

Everyone should overgrow the system.
They say 4 with no height limit so fuck them and the neighbors.
No point to grow a 7 gallon pot outdoors .

That's why with only 4 plants they are pushing us to grow outdoors cuz as I said 4 plant count indoors is probably not worth the hassles.

My 4 Rec plants will be planted outside on
JUNE 1 .
Not even sure if medical can grow rec.
If that's the case then my 4 plants just becamey sisters who is not home at the moment sir.
My plants won't miss the month of June.
1 month is too much too lose.

I've been looking too. I'm writing an article on the latest government proposal, so if I come across anything...
My understanding is that because cultivation and possession are no longer criminal offences, penalties for exceeding the 4 plant maximum would be a fine. Should the injunction be lifted on the mmar, that's the route I'm going.

That is all well and good. If he grew four Redwood treess. I asked if he was a new grower; because a 4 plant count aint shit.

What are you going to do when next harvest comes start another 2 months to veg and 70-78 days to flower.

Fuck that; Im going to say this one; Do what you feel comfortable doing. Just keep things to oneself if you plan to go over the limit.

There might be a grower in your neighborhood and you would not even know it.

Fair enough. However 4 plants in 1000 gallon pots ( if you had the room outdoors) would yield 30 pounds.
I think 30 pounds you wouldn't have to rush into growing more. ( if you don't mind outdoors over indoors).
Again 4 plants outside grown properly you would not have to go over the limit.

Ya for sure.
I hope people see my plants and actually have the room to grow them that big outdoor next season so they have a crazy amount of bud at the end of season.
I suggest Booking your vacation time for October 5 to protect harvest lol.
Wasting 5 months on 7 gallon pots outdoor is just not worth it.
You can get a pretty nice yeild from 60 galloners.
