What other Maryland municipalities have heard news out of in the last 6 mo. ?

It seems that reading and math deficiencies in Baltimore are contributing to the loss of customer base of the synthetic opioid industry from not cutting the product enough.
How can you manufacture a chemical substance but not understand ratios?

The Rev. Keith Baily, president of the Fulton Heights Community Association, said he believes some Baltimore corner stores are operating illegally and could be tied into the drug trade.

“Someone else, they were telling me that this fentanyl is being made in these corner stores, and we are fighting about this on the North Avenue area where I’m at, and it’s killing people,” Bailey said.​

Why do you feel you have to beat her if she gets out of line. Why do you feel you have to tell everyone you wear the pants in the house. Do you enjoy being a control freak ?

I'm shocked anyone in the country could be functional while still being illiterate

Being able to read I feel like is one of the most fundamental skills you can learn to be able to succeed in life. I'd even call it step 1

What are the main causes of illiteracy in America?

The lack of necessary conditions for learning theory is where is start.
  1. Instability at home
  2. Dangerous living conditions
  3. Food insecurity
  4. Chronic school underfunding

Small wonder that Economic privation, drug use and poor quality of education seem to be so highly correlated.

Isn't Baltimore where they had a lawsuit alleging the cops put large areas in the city 'on lockdown' after one of their own was killed?
