First Grow Nute help

So I’ve just recently started my first grow in a 4x4 I’m starting them in rockwool cubes then transplanting then into soil. Which I will be using FFOF mixed with 30% perlite. I’m just not really sure what’s good for nutes. I know for the first few weeks or so I will be fine with ph’d water, but after that I’m not really sure. I was thinking the fox farms trio with cal-mag and seaweed extract with a little bit of molasses. Any suggestions?

Whats your goal with this grow?

I have been using ffof.
When I feed in the veg cycle I use this and only this.

I switch to flower and continue with the grow for a week or maybe two.

Then I switch to this.
And only this.

Shake the shit out of these prior to use.
I've tried lots of nutes and these actually work well for me.

Im a fan of simple, if I can get it done with a 1 part system why fuck with all the measuring multiple products.
