Help please, my girls are not doing well,

That is still on the lowish side. get a humidifier and a controller.
A cheap one from a reptile place might work.

I see the cooling ducts, what are you using for fresh CO2?

I thought flower i am supposed to be at 40ish

And how can i raise it?

They are in a basement, where i have two tents, so i would have to raise humidity in both tents,

Does that i would need to raise humidity of the basement?
At your lower temps your not that bad IMO, I myself would not add anything. If it's 35 at the lower temps and 45 at the higher ones you should be ok in flower. No need to run out and get a humidifier at this point. Maybe your next run grab a cheap one so you can better control things besides you really don't have the room lol.

There are many ways of adding a bit of humidity to the air. But ideally, you want to be able to set and forget rather than micromanage.

I realize that but if the humidity is 35 at lower temps and 45 at the higher temps in flower do you still think that warrants a humidifier? If he sets it at say 60 and it raises the humidity to that level at 68f he will be at 70% or higher at the higher temps. Is that what your hoping to see?

hed be ok if he could just not let it drop that far down. A big plant might be able to deal with the nutrient accumulation brought on by faster transpiration, a smaller one might end up not so equipped.

So the fresh co2 i added one bag,
I was told its good to raise in flower,

I have a 8in exhaust (carbon) so not sure if that that co2 bag is doing anything.

But why not...

So what size humidifier should i look i to?

I am on week 5 for this tent.

And otherone is on week 3

I really feel like these ladies are not growing, or getting any bigger, or turning into colas,

Why are they soo small?

if you dont have proper lighting they wont grow.. move your lights closer. they look like they havent changed a bit lol maybe more frost but tht is it how far is your lights away from the canopy? if its more than 24 inches its probably too far idc what anyone says lol its like a 200w light.

I didnt measure how close the light is,

I can lower it tomorrow wherever it is,

Thats what i am saying they have not changed a bit.

If i lower it, the plant right under it will get more light, but will it reach all the way outside?

These are the only 3 plants that i can see a change, you can actually see some budd forming,

UPDATE:

So figured out why my ladies were not growing,

There was one lady in the corner that hermed out and pollinated the whole tent.

So i chopped up 8 of them,

That i found seeds in.

Kept 4 so far. Most of the pistils on these are white but some are brown. So lets wait out see if these got pollinated too.

Smh one small plant ruined my whole tent.

Pro tip: Take photos with the blurple light OFF.

Seeded bud is arguably just as potent as unseeded bud.

It wasnt growing man for past 15 days not a bit changed. So i just got rid of them.

Kept the 4 best ones,

So lets see ,

I just hope and praying to GOD, my other tent is not pollinated
