You're counting bud maturity by starting day 1 with when you flipped the lights. But, they didn't respond right away because they were too immature. You're thinking that you're almost 20 days into flower but they are only just starting. You start watching the calendar once the plant is really showing flowers. If it takes 70 days, then it's 70 days from when the plants begins flowering, not from when the lights were flipped. If these plants were actually 3 weeks into flower, you'd have some decently formed buds all over. These ones are just beginning to show. Most of these are still in the first days of flower. So day 19 started,
It was getting reallllllly bushy to a point, stems were bending, leafs were bending, stems were not getting light,
So decided to defoliate couple days early,
Also fed them yesterday at 900ppm,
They are on week 3, buddlets are forming everywhere, i didnt lollipop as i noticed small buddlets at the bottoms but just took fan leafs off,
Have not done any foliar sprays in a week or so,
Is there anything i should do ?

You're going to have an early harvest. You'll still have smokeable bud and probably enough to last for a while and at least make this grow worth it. You've obviously learned a bunch with this grow and your next ones will be even better. Just something to keep in mind - when you clone a plant that has already reached maturity (is growing alternate branching and showing pre-flowers), then the clone itself is already sexually mature. It will respond to a light flip within a week usually and begin flowering. Clones can be flowered as soon as they have roots - or obviously vegged out longer first.
I think majority of growers do count from flip, (could be wrong), but as stated if they are not sexually mature it does add a bit to the flowering time. I count from flip but really only for curiosity as they are done when done not by the counting of weeks.I thought you count days from flip?
What you just said makes soo much sense though.
So that being said, some of them will only
Be flowered for 40-50 days, smh

Did I read that your under a time restraint? If not you'd be better off not really counting the days to finish and more counting the days to when it did finish, if you get what I mean lol. They all finish when they finish, the worst thing you can do is pull early if you don't have, it effects the finished product in many negative ways? Most of the breeder recommend 8-10 weeks too,
So i planned with 69 days,
I am 21 days in, and still got 48ish days left,
So even thought some plants took few days longer to flip, most of them will get full 8 weeks of flowering,
Since some of them took 2 weeks to flip.

I'm trying to say that judging finish by time is not conductive to getting the most from a grow and you should let them go till there done not when they reach 8 weeks or what ever. But if your on a schedule it is what it is.I have to be done end of jan at all cost,
Not really sure what are you trying to say lol
Looks like they might be ready somewhere around the end of February...Week 5 started friday.
When will they turn into colas,
What do yall think?
I hope soo manJust a guess (it's hard to say lol) but I would think in 3-4 weeks you should have some big fatties in there .
