Question about flowering

Hello all! Do you count the "start" date of flowering when you switched to 12/12 or when you started showing sex? I started my flowering on the 1st (this month) but didnt start showing sex till the 9th. Would the 1st be day 1 of flowering, or would the 9th be the "first" day of flowering?

Thanks,
Chris

He was right about getting different answers.
I go from flip but I also don't harvest based on a date.
I harvest when they are finished.

I have no idea if there is a correct way. I think as long as it works for you it's fine either way.
Sounds good! Thanks for the reply! Appreciate it! :):leaf::leaf:

Im growing Cheese Candy (UK Cheese x Caramelo) from Delicious Seeds, got it as a freebie from my last order. Its smelling good already! Cant wait to try it :)
Pro growers like me char few others will follow the amber milky process or by smell or the amount of yellowing

Never harvest based on any specific time table. There are too many variables. If you have your environment completely dialed in and you are growing a strain you are familiar with you can get a decent guess on how long, otherwise it is unlikely that you'll harvest at the optimal time if you go by certain number of weeks.
