they dont sell their seeds or cuts, you probably won't find a verifiable cut of CW. there is other alternatives. AC/DC. dinamed and candida (CD-1) are both 20:1 CBD strains which won't go over 1% THC.

True CW is cut only. You certainly can find a good one if you pop all the seeds, but it will be time consuming and costly getting everything tested. I did this with Harlequin seeds and out of 10 seeds, only 2 had any CBD at all, and only one was desirable at roughly 2:1.
If you can,try to find a cut of AC/DC, they aren't too hard to come across and will easily give you 20:1 as mentioned above.

I dont know about cuttings, they tend to come with free bugs.

I have never had a problem with cuttings from trusted sources (not from some dude on craigslist). Most decent cg's run very clean and high quality grows, so I don't think its fair to assume all cuttings come with bugs.That said, you should obviously still thoroughly inspect and cuttings you get to be sure.
If you don't want to use cuttings/clones you are going to have a very expensive, time consuming and difficult time finding something that's in the 20:1 range from seeds. Most of these breeders are full of shit to be honest, especially when they claim the seeds are something rare like Charlotte's Web.
