the police you could tell where very bummed about not getting the major bust they wanted im sure of that...its a good thing i have always lived rather humbly and saved my money..my lawyer is cool as hell...he is a straight shooter who knows all the judges..and if it is one he does not like or think he cannot get me off in front of the judge he will just have it postponed to one of his drinking buddies..the 1250 in cake was for me and my wifes representation..i know..he probably wont have a few miniutes worth of work ..but i am confident he will have it all thrown out.and my record clean as a wistle....indiana is a fucked up state for marijuana laws...i got to talk to some of the locals in the lock up ..i was there for like 14 hours....many of them were just locked up being looted for some money...they had P.I.s in there..one guy the cops asked him to step onto his porch.then arrested him for PI....he was dumb enough to step on the porch into public..cops are basicly scum...they are to lazy to get a good paying decent mans job..like a garbage man..they are to lazy to study in school so they go to school and study criminal justice..i think the guys were right in the lock up..most cops were the nerd kid in school that always got picked on..so he went and become a come because it makes them feel important in their misribly sorry ass lifes...oh yea..and indiana is full of meth labs..and lets not forget crack cokecaine runs wild in indy...if you pull up on the putor the list of registered sex offenders you will see gobs of them living within stone throw distance from the school..i can find one million things a cop can be doing that would be more worth while than busting someone (or trying to bust someone )for gods medicine...

I have to say, I could have believed it too but there were just things in the story that didn't make sense...
If customs wanted to persue it any further they wouldn't mail the seeds to his local police department. The USPS is a federal company, any charges that involve the mail are to be brought up by a "federal" agency. His local "state" police wouldn't have ever been involved. Instead the US marshals would have been sent out to pick him up.

My biggest problem with this story is the fact that you said you were afraid to post on this site before, but now that you have been busted and they "are watching your computer" you start posting, in a time when you should be as removed as ever. If i was just getting into something and had cops raiding my house because of it i doubt i would be on a site related to it talking about it. My mom and Step dad got raided twice when I was a kid. Several of their friends went thru the same kind of raids over the years, Full on guns drawn and black masks etc....Cops usually won't come in unless they are sure they have you dead to rights. A Judge won't sign off on a warrant without a good ammount of evidence. They almost always have an informant to give them an eye witness account of what they will find. I think you are either full of shit or not telling the whole story. getting seeds in the mail doesn't mean you are growing yet...they would have waited until you had time to get your grow going, then they would have collected Gas & Light bill info, then they would have put some sort of survellience on your house...plus some other shit I'm not thinkin of.
