Run off and drainage

I'm going to be doing my 10 plant grow and I realized I'm not going to be able to empty the run off trays in the back does anybody have any ideas of what I can do to make life easier ?

I have done a plywoods "reservoir" with a pond liner and a drain in the middle wich is connected directly to the basement drain... runoff goes directly to the drain! If you are willing to invest more cash, a flood table is an easy solution!

I have a big 150ml syringe that I use.
For the big pot at the back out of reach, I have an extension tube stuck under the fabric pot, which came with the syringe and can plug into it
