Very odd growth, can't fix it

So I have 4 double bubba going(5 if you include mom) but 4 under a 400w blue hortilux. 1 plant is explosive with growth! Recovering from topping like a champ!....other 3 plants...holy hell they are pale green and so slow! They are in Malibus potting soil and the 4th is in my own soil mjx...ive tried feeding them a whole line of nutes(I just top dress with the big girl) And they won't recover! Any tell me what's going on? Lol Malibus blend is supposed to be top knotch...idk what's going on.

You just started feeding? Even when I used ffof I would water once with plain water then feed. Small plants that size would get at least 800 ppms of nutes every other watering! Then as they grow you increase 100 ppms every other feed too! You just have to use a ppm meter... It looks like you're using out door dirt that could have weeds, bugs whatever...

With the ingredients listed in the mix, I didn't think feeding would be an issue until way later...as my soil I usually don't feed for 4 weeks. But it is coco based...could that be an issue? My mix is 50/50 coco peat, oyster shell, alfalfa meal, bat guano, crab meal, ewc, bio dynamic compost, fish bone meal, kelp meal, azomite. The listed in the bus is Coir, compost (dairy cow manure, wood chips, straw, concentrations of yarrow, chamomile, valerian, stinging nettle, dandelion, & oak bark), fir bark, perlite, worm castings, soybean meal, fish meal, fish bone meal, langbeinite, alfalfa meal, crab meal, green sand, neem seed meal, volcanic ash, & kelp meal. States it has food for 6 weeks...

I'd transplant into the same soil the best plant is in.

Do it when they are almost dry and and cut the rootballs down to the size of a coffee mug and watch them take off. I had the same thing happen with some fancy super soil I bought at the hydro store and the plants I put in it were already a foot tall and bushy. Just stalled and started looking sickly. Did what I said up there and in a week were vibrant and obviously growing well.

Now I stick to ProMix HP and hydro nutes or DWC and never have serious problems. Just can't get decent results in dirt so stick to what works for me.

You shouldn't need to feed anything for weeks in soil like that.

Good luck!

The bigger one is in a cloth pot, the others in plastic. Does anyone think that could be the difference?

Cloth pots tend to dry out faster, so maybe if overwatering or too slow drainage is what's bothering them that could be it
I did add some perlite to the mix before hand, the finger test is drying out every 2 days. I wanna just trash em. I really wanna know what's going on though so I don't do this again you know?

Yea I'm gonna go ahead and swap them over. Unfortunately I don't have any of my mixes mixed up lol I do however have some happy frog(i always start my seeds and clones in it regardless of my mix, seems to be the best for clones/seedlings) and see if that helps. Probably be another day or so before they are fully dried out. So odd question...do you think the oak bark is affecting the plants at all? I've heard oak and cannabis don't mix...or well I just read that

You think So? Dang if anything I was thinking under watering lol but I guess it is coco based and I'm not use to full coco. How often to water coco according to you guys?
Coco can handle plenty of water. Several times a day if its straight coco.

You don't have to go overboard. Just water thoroughly. Make sure to completely saturate your medium when you water and to the point of good run off to prevent salt build up if using salt based nutes.

Chronic under watering can cause dry spots that become hydrophobic.

Only reason I say underwater it looks like you watered just a little in a couple spots. Like the center is wet but the rest dry.

That's the easy way out and you learn nothing tho

The common denominator is the soil so once it's replaced they should do fine.
