Messed my light schedule dang it

So I did something stupid... last week I went in at lights out to start a big flush that was needed. I switched the outlet that I have 4x 23w LED that supplements my chili peppers and other veggies to always on mode to use my shop vac for run off. Today I find out I forgot to switch it back so while my 1k is on its regular 12/12 the damn LED is not for 8 days now. No wonder I haven't seen much bud plumping and thinking 4x 30 gallon flushes over 3 days might have been too much, but naw.

How should I go about resuming? leave it off 24 hours until next light on? I haven't seen any hermie, one plant way in the back kinda looks leafy like re vegging possibly but 8 days is too soon usually.

Then go stand in the corner for for the rest of the day and think about what you've done. :D

8 days is enough to make them want to start going back to veg so you'll likely see some funky leaves for a while but unless they have strong hermie genes they should be OK. Keep a sharp eye out for balls tho. Flowering will take a little longer as well but should be alright.

How far along were they?

45 days in.

10 plants, 4 strains which really turned out more like 10 strains not one is remotely close in pheno. They are shit seeds by a Canuk and really only one is performing like it should be and was the only one that would have been finishing up this week but will go a bit longer now.

Checked on them at lights on after the 24 hours dark, no nanners so far but ill pull them all out tonight for a better inspection.

Just to clarify the light is 15 inches from the floor for the veggies so it was not beaming direct on them, more of a really bad case of light leak LOL.

I doubt your gonna get hermies unless the plant/s were prone to herm in the first place. I don't believe plants herm from something like that. All pot can herm but some are more prone to it than others due to their genes.

Do you mean the seeds are from CanukSeeds or you got them from a Canadian? I'm growing two AK47 fems from CanukSeeds now.

Merry Xmas!

Merry Xmas to you as well.

I am using Canuk Seeds, I read about the problems with this "breeder" after I ordered but was still confident after I had 100% germination on all seeds and the Veg period was not too bad for most of them. I have never seen cannabis look so bad, I have grown bag seed that was better than these. Smoke reviews of some of the Canuk strains are not good either.

3x Canuk OG Kush
3x Canuk Cookies
3x King TUT
1x Canuk White Widow (freebie)

Currently building RDWC setup (ditching soilless) and going to start new known strains I ordered on Black Friday, just haven't decided on which strains and how many sites I want to do under 1k.

I'd go Chocolope, the auto GSC, and the Blue dream for starters. Grew Jack Herer 15 years ago and meh but yours is probably different. I'm more into CBD strains now and have some girls flowering in soilless tho they are not doing well. Got cuts so will have the next ones in DWC as soon as they are well rooted.

You got 3 Critical listed. Any particular reason?

I'm going with 4 independent tubs with 2x4' ScroG screens attached in a 4x8 space lit up with a 1000W Super HPS on a light rail. Should be fun.

Growing 3 Blueberry and 3 Original Skunk from Crop King and two fem AK47s from CanukSeeds all 8 weeks old and had a rough start. An OG#18 and unknown Sativa for moms and the 3 CBD girls downstairs.

Will be firing up some ISSx Blueberry as soon as they get here to breed all those strains with my Otto#1 that is less than 1% THC and up to 27% CBD.

Going mostly medicine man from here on out. :)

You think 9 plants in RDWC would be pushing it in a 4.5 x 4.5 x 6.5 space? The tent is bigger and I can spare more room, the other half I use for other plants and equipment. I am thinking maybe 6 and going with 3 chocolope and 3 pineapple express, how do 2 strains in rdwc do?

"last week I went in at lights out to start a big flush that was needed."

issues always surround growers subscribing to grow myths.
12/12 for flowering, get back to that at once

I've had multiple strains in one tub and found that it's best if the two or more are closely related as to growth characteristics and nutrient needs.

Heavy feeding indicas shouldn't go with nute sipping sativas for instance. Either the indicas suffer or the sativas burn. The sort stubby indicas force you to top or train the sativas and indicas in general are not good candidates for ScroG. Everything is so hybridized that until you grow out some strains you don't really know how they will grow or what nute levels work best for them. Then you have different phenos to deal with.

Ideally you have a few mothers of strains you like best so you know what their clones will be like and after a few runs you have everybody dialed in.

It's all a learning experience and I'm still fumbling along sometimes but always learning new stuff.
