Advice please

Okay, have a PK that has been under 12/12 for about 10 days. Just about 400W CFL closet set up. She now has HUNDREDS of pistils and growing more as I type this. I water her as needed with about a 6.3 (higher for the KUSH), and she has plenty of ventillation. I was wondering if anyone might have any tips, watering, lighting, anything diff from what I've been doing. She looks great but I don't know if she needs some sort of changes at this point in her life. Any help would be amazing!!!
