A lot more news like this to come in the following weeks. I have a shit ton of insider info I am not at liberty to speak of, but you all will be shocked in the next few months, all your Cannabis heros will be selling out and partnering with LP's


Rare Dankness will headline Maricann Group Inc.'s offering to the recreational market.

Summary of the Exclusivity Agreement

The Exclusivity Agreement provides Maricann with exclusive distribution and retail rights for the Canadian markets for specified Rare Dankness Genetics and Products for a five year term, subject to Maricann meeting minimum wholesale targets each year or paying an exclusivity fee and a right of first refusal to act as RD's exclusive distributor for the products in Europe.

In consideration for the exclusivity, Maricann has agreed to provide RD with the following consideration:

  • A signing fee of USD $500,000;

  • Grant of C$250,000 in warrants on the date of signing and on the first and second anniversary date of the Exclusivity Agreement exercisable at the market price at close of markets on the preceding day

  • A profit sharing arrangement on the sale of the products by Maricann.

I was unaware that I had any 'cannabis heros', whatever the fuck that means. I grow my own or buy from long-time friends. I trade seeds and clones and never buy online. I've never even heard of Rare Dankness, so what do I care if they sell their morals for a few bucks? All that has done is given me one more name to warn other's about. Notice all these LP's are looking at export now? They know they will not make it here.
Every Canadian adult can grow their own and they can share with friends. There is absolutely no need to purchase anything from these low-lifes. They now have 84 Lp's licensed to serve a market easily covered by a dozen. So many are going to fail this year, I may have to put an LP obituary page on the cannabis candor.

I believe that this is impossible, anyone who wants to reproduce a strain via tissue culture can do so without the owner's knowledge.

As for cannabis heroes, I'd say Kirk Tousaw, John Conroy, Jordan of the Islands, Kyle Kushman, Matt Mernaugh etc. My spelling might be off lol.

always thought the seed makers should get some kickback for the huge warehouses growing their strains and profiteering.

this doesn't change my mindset towards LP's or raredankness *or any other breeders.

i mean; would it be cool if all the top breeders grew themselves/set up shops to grow their stuff.. then banned/file suits against LP's ever growing their strains, and leaving them with just shit; of course. *as long as they still sold to the little guys ;-)
but that's not gonna happen, so i'm glad the ones who actually deserve the cash will get some of it. not just have LP's growing their strains and giving them nothing.

I just always laugh anytime I see anyone attempting to control anything around marijuana.
As has been pointed out most LPs will be done within the first year. Cannabis has been illegal far too long for people to all of a sudden say " I want that more expensive, shittier , weed store weed. Instead of growing my own or buying it where I always have" This whole situation is quite simply a buncha "business suits" thinking they are gonna cash in on the next goldrush.
Yes there will maybe be a few new weed smokers and yes they might buy from the LPs. But it is going to be not even close to what is being predicted. Market hype bullshit
